Açai Pancakes

a recipe for the whole family. Combining protein and high antioxidants. GF Vegan

ingredients:

2 packets of frozen açai slightly thawed

1 packet 250g of silken soft tofu

1 banana

1/4 cup of coconut sugar

1/4 cup of almond milk

1 cup of gf self raising flour

coconut oil for cooking, toppings of choice

method: put acai, tofu, milk and banana in food processor: process then add to a mixing bowl and add dry ingredients.
fry in coconut oil on medium heat.

enjoy.
