BANANA BLOSSOM Nasi Goreng
There are so many different plant foods to eat.
Being adventurous with food is a great way of providing a range of different nutrients and properties.
ingredients: banana blossoms 1 tin of Ceres organic
1 jar of Turbanchopsticks nasi goreng
4 cups of cooked brown basmati rice
2 carrots chopped
1 head of broccoli chopped
ghee for cooking
3 eggs scrambled plain
coriander and spring onion to top with
method:
fry the carrot and broccoli in ghee
add banana blossom and jar of sauce
add rice
add toppings you are done. It’s that easy.
