From the Earth
There can be a lot of confusion in regards to what to eat and plenty of opinions but little facts represented. Food and diet do have a large impact on our health an ability to recover from illness so the focus is understandable. However the earth continues to provide us with plentiful food that can be both nourishing and delicious. All lifeforms have consciousness even plants so let me help guide you in eating in ways that help you recover, build great gut health and have energy, all while having reverence and appreciation for our food.
Remember: You are not only what you eat but also what you absorb.
Fresh & Organic
Years of research and clinical experience have taught me one clear thing, while detoxing can be beneficial, crash dieting and extreme diets can have negative side effects. There’s no one size fits diet for all. As a practitioner trained in Nutritional Medicine it is not my job to count your calories, kilojoules or even your macros, what I am here for is to guide you in how to eat to recover from illness and prevent it, all the while considering your individual biochemistry, genetics and diet preferences.
The best place to start is to focus on eating fresh and organic where possible. I won’t be sharing fancy recipes or photos with you. I will be showcasing how simple it is to eat well and to take the pressure off of having to be perfect.
